Paul Proulx, Executive
Director,
has worked in international programs with the
Partnership for Peace Information Management System (PIMS). He
coordinated development activities for PIMS at the National Defense
University involving Professional Military Education, International
Fellows, Peacekeeping, Civil/Military Emergency Planning. He has also
worked with PIMS developing activities and information technology
resources in Tele-medicine
and Advanced Distributed Learning.
He graduated from Southeastern
Oklahoma State University with a degree in Aviation Technology and a
minor in Business Administration. He is an active pilot with close to
4000 hours and has
been a professional commercial pilot as well as a bush pilot in Alaska.
He is a certified flight instructor and has been actively building and
restoring airplanes for many years. He also has extensive database,
software and web development experience.

Cornelia Proulx, Executive
Vice President,
is a graduate of Universitaet Regensburg, Germany, with a degree in
Geography and minors in Political Science and Public Law. She was a
visiting scholar and assistant teacher at CUNY, Hunter College in New
York. During her time in New York she worked as a city planning
assistant for New
Jersey and New York municipalities. In Germany she was manager and
auditor for an executive and technical placement service.
She has
advanced language skills in French and is fluent in German and English.
She has strong technical and mechanical skills and has been building
and restoring airplanes for a number of years. Because of her long
standing interest in aviation she is hoping to obtain her pilots
licence in the near future.
